Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

How we ship orders, take payment, replace defective pieces and handle cancellations.

All-India delivery: We supply across India; typical delivery 5–10 days depending on order type.

Shipping

  • We dispatch from Nagpur, Maharashtra, and deliver across India.
  • Delivery time: typically 5–10 days, depending on order type.
  • Shipping charges: shown at checkout for online orders, or stated in your written quote for bulk and custom orders.

Payment terms

Full (100%) payment before dispatch, for all orders. This applies to ready-stock, printed and custom orders alike.

Returns and replacement (manufacturing defects only)

  • We accept returns only for items with a manufacturing defect.
  • Report the defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video, on WhatsApp +91 94058 06609 or by email.
  • We replace the defective piece. This is replacement only: no refunds and no change-of-mind returns.
  • This applies to ready-stock, printed and custom orders alike.

Order cancellation

  • Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Printed and custom orders can be cancelled until the design or proof is approved. After approval they cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, message us on WhatsApp +91 94058 06609 or email sangeetaenterprise@zohomail.com with your order number, name and phone number.

Cancellation refund

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, your payment is returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. This cancellation refund is the only case in which we refund a payment.
