About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Sangeeta Enterprise, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Products and information

We try to show products accurately. Colours, materials and finishes can vary slightly from photos. Specifications, prices and quantities for wholesale, OEM, ODM and private-label orders are confirmed in your quote.

Quotes and orders

A quote is valid only on the terms written in it. An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing. Custom and branded products are made to your approved sample and specification.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged as applicable and shown on our tax invoice. Full (100%) payment is required before dispatch, for all orders (ready-stock, printed and custom).

Your designs and branding

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork or design you send us. We use it only to make your order.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only for a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery, and we replace the defective piece (no refunds, no change-of-mind returns). Ready-stock orders can be cancelled before dispatch, printed and custom orders until the design or proof is approved; a cancellation before dispatch is refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content without permission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
